Tolerance error is not specific to gartley but the febos. So the same febo tolerance applies. Also, a point to note that febo works perfectly when there is no external influence and should give some cues to tolerance level.
It is not necessary that AB should be equal to CD. CD is basically a febo extension of AB and same ABCD pattern rules apply here.
