Hi Manoj, Thank you. It is drawn parallelly to 2-4 trend line. It gives us an indication that the pattern isnt going to work when price stays about that for some time.

Doji great blog.I am a novice trader and just started learning charts and i find your site to be one of the best.Is it possible for you to help novice traders like me to set up amibroker and configure it for NSE data.I am sure it will help all and would be quite useful.Maybe a small article explaining how to install n configure amibroker for real time or eod data would suffice.Thanks in anticipation.

Hi Nirav,

Thanks for the appreciation. I'll surely take your suggestion and try to write an article on setting up Amibroker. Watch out in couple of weeks. cheers!

Doji,

Let me first congratulate you on creating this wonderful blog.I have never seen such a concise and precise representation of charts anywhere atleast for the indian markets.
Coming to my query could you please comment on how the charts of Praj industries(entered@122) and JP Hydro(entered@99) look since i have a large position there at higher prices and any reaction in nifty could have an substantial impact on it.I am looking at it from the near and short term perspective.Where do you see them heading over the next two weeks? Appreciate your help.

@Chari
Thanks for the link.

@Chokalingam,
Thanks for your appreciation.

At present JP Hydro is in a trading range and is showing some short term strength. It could show further strength if it is able to sustains above Rs.75 levels as nifty is weak at the moment. Watch out for volume action when the price is near or breaks down 75 levels. On the positive side, above Rs.95 it may go to Rs.100 above that it may reach up to Rs.140 levels also.

Praj is looking week to me, I posted my short term view at here
